(in period of 2 days)

Description

We decided to create the Sight Specific Suprise in a shape of giant wallpaper in EDG1 Studio at Konstfack. At that time our studio was like a blank paper, all white, so we thought it would be nice to give some content to our new working/leaving space.
From technical side, our suprise was low budget, all we needed was black and white A4 prints. Only problem we had was time. Giant wallpaper made from hundreds of A4 papers was time consuming peace, thus we had to plan our time smart.
Finally, we started to perform action of putting wallpaper in front of our colleges 1 hour before final presentation. We played with an idea of ruined suprise. At first they thought they have seen it all. But all they could see was quite abstract, since we started from the bottom part of the wall. What they did not know was that upper part of our wallpaper has portraits of all EDG1 students, which we got from facebook. When they entered studio, in the moment of presentation, they noticed portraits. They seamed to be suprised. ;)

Reflections

Both of us realized that it is not easy to suprise people you do not know well, also we realized that suprise is a great way to get to know people better. Thus it made challenge bigger.
